Dr. Lisa Irby, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Lisa Irby, Doctor of Audiology, graduated in 2007 from Pennsylvania College of Optometry with her Doctorate in Audiology. In 1998 Dr. Irby earned her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Arizona. Her professional career began in Lawton, Oklahoma where she provided audiology services for the state and county for children and young adults. More recently, she has been working as part of a team of audiologists in private audiology practice and has enjoyed positions working alongside ear, nose, and throat physicians in Oklahoma City and Phoenix, Arizona. She took over Hearing Solutions in 2007, then later took over our sister clinic in Edmond called Fine Hearing Care in 2011. Dr. Irby is a nationally certified and state licensed audiologist and is excited to meet and serve each one of you in the days and years to come.
Dr. Irby specializes in fitting hearing restoration products including digital hearing instruments. Dr. Irby’s advanced skills and education increase her ability to personalize your hearing solution and optimize your experience.
Dr. Cara Crawley AuD., CCC-A
Dr. Cara Crawley joined our team in August of 2013. She received her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2001. She then received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2005. After graduating, Cara worked in an outpatient audiology clinic at St. Anthony Hospital and then at the Oklahoma City-County Health Department before working at the Oklahoma Hearing Center in conjunction with Oklahoma Otolaryngology Associates in 2007. In 2013, she served as the Director of Audiology for Oklahoma Hearing Center before joining Hearing Solutions.
Dr. Crawley is dedicated to achieving excellence in patient care and striving to create a personal experience with each patient. Clinically Cara does a variety of diagnostic evaluations for hearing, as well as counseling and fitting patients with hearing devices.
In her personal time, Cara enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys baking, hiking with the family, snow skiing, and reading. She and her family are active members of their church and have been very involved in the children’s church ministries through the years.
Rachel Weaver is our Billing Coordinator and Audiology Assistant. She was born and raised in Oklahoma City, and now lives in Mustang with her husband of 12 years and their 3 children. She became a certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist in 2007. She started working for an Audiologist in 2012 and received her Audiology Assistant certification in 2014. Ms. Weaver has been with Oklahoma Hearing Solutions since June 2017. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and keeping her kids busy by visiting local theme parks and museums.
Patient Care Coordinator
Elizabeth Davis is our Patient Care Coordinator and the newest member of the hearing solutions family. She was a former collegiate Softball player at Northern Oklahoma City College where she decided to end her career of softball to seek bigger opportunities. She was born in Oklahoma City but graduated from Moore high school. She now lives in Yukon where she found our program and decided to hop on board. Elizabeth enjoys spending her free time with her friends, family, but most importantly her little sister. She also still enjoys playing slow pitch softball with friends on the weekends. Although she is a new member of our program, she is very dedicated to learning more about hearing aids and helping people with hearing loss.
